So, it was a farewell party with three bottles of Wakatsuru, Tatomo, and Tedorigawa brought to Joetsu Takata Funae-san. WOMFarewell party connected by sake rice. From the Hokuriku Sake Rice Series and the Sake Kingdom of Niigata Prefecture, Koshitanrei and Tokimizu Meisui Tatomo Junmai Ginjo, a gem from GINigata. It may be light, but it is rather deep. It tends to be umami. As expected from Niigata. At Joetsu Takata Funakae WOMYao-no-shizuku is made from 40% polished Yuyamanishiki grown in Toyama Prefecture.
