Farewell party connected by sake rice. Tedorigawa from my hometown. Junmai Daiginjo of Hyakumangoku No Shiro developed by Ishikawa Prefecture. Namaishu. Stable taste. I like the sweetness and lightness of it, but I also liked the one that was aged at home the other day on its own fire-aged.
So, it was a farewell party with three bottles of Wakatsuru, Tatomo, and Tedorigawa brought to Joetsu Takata Funae-san.
