Yao-no-shizuku is made from 40% polished Yuyamanishiki grown in Toyama Prefecture. The aroma is gorgeous at first, and then you can taste the sweetness and the smoothness. It was brought by people from Toyama Prefecture at a farewell party for a senior who had taken care of us.
