First glass. Since I've been drinking Kubota and Koshinokanbai high quality in mini bottles lately, I thought I'd try Niigata's Shimejirizuru*. Less alty, less habitual, smoother* than I expected. The sweetness has a gentle rice feel. The sharpness is good*. Sashimi was perfect*, and the kingfish with liver was blissful*.
