The sweetness is moderate, and for a moment you think it might be a light type, but the strength typical of nama-gara-shu spreads afterwards. Tenmei中取り 弐号純米吟醸原酒生酒中取り無濾過おりがらみ パーム農家Tenmei's Nakadori No.2. Dry and light as the concept. The aroma is a little sweet, but the taste is light and light. It's a new sake made from Miyamanishiki, so I wonder if it will become an autumn-agari Miyamanishiki after a summer after the new year. It is amazing that it has such a light taste even if it is oriharami. The harmony of umami and lightness is exquisite.

Tenmei is one of my favorites in Fukushima.
Especially this Gonoi Sake Brewery is close to the brewery.
