Last night, after work, we went to an izakaya in Shiina-cho.
A good tavern as always.
We drank from every corner of the menu, but the one that was especially smooth and delicious was Tanaka Rokugo.
We agreed and drank two glasses of Tanaka Rokugo.
I felt this smoothness when I drank it at home, but I could clearly see it in the various drinks I had while tipsy at the izakaya, and I thought it went well with my meal and was still delicious.

From seafood to fried foods, all the dishes were delicious, and it's the first time in a long time that I've had the pleasure of drinking at an izakaya.
Umami and sharpness. Acid. It has a dry aftertaste.
Tian Qing was originally my favorite sake, and I used to drink a lot of Wind Dew, but it still has a great balance as a food sipper.
