Last night, after work, we went to a popular izakaya in Shiina-cho.
From seafood to fried foods, all the dishes were delicious, and it's the first time in a long time that I've had the pleasure of drinking at an izakaya.
Umami and sharpness. Acid. It has a dry aftertaste.
Tian Qing was originally my favorite sake, and I used to drink a lot of Wind Dew, but it still has a great balance as a food sipper.
