I ran into Sogape again at the end of March, which I had received for what I thought was probably the last time this season.
It wasn't on the menu specifically, and for some reason they brought it out from the back.
When I am surrounded by people who don't know much about sake, they are often surprised by sogape.
It may be because of its unusual visual appearance, but it also means that it is that good.
I may have written about this before, but I'll be back next year. 南十字輝7/10
Kame no Umi's summer sake with low-alcohol original sake specification.
It is made with Yamada Nishiki and Nagano yeast R.
The summer sake itself is in tune with the times, and this one has a flavor that is right on trend.
I feel like I'm making fun of it, but I don't mean to. I think it's great that they are able to make sake that is in line with trends.
This sake expresses sweet and sourness and drinkability, and is easy to understand and enjoyable at the first sip, ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Southern Cross Shine 😃.

I was a bit surprised to find that there are not many bars in Tokyo that serve Hayashi.
And it's a draft sake.
It has a slightly fruity flavor added to the dryness typical of Gohyakumangoku, and it slides down the throat pleasantly.
It may be simply because it is my favorite genre of sake, but Hayashi is delicious.
