I ran into Sogape again at the end of March, which I had received for what I thought was probably the last time this season.
It wasn't on the menu specifically, and for some reason they brought it out from the back.
When I am surrounded by people who don't know much about sake, they are often surprised by sogape.
It may be because of its unusual visual appearance, but it also means that it is that good.
I may have written about this before, but I'll be back next year.
