It is made with Yamada Nishiki and Nagano yeast R.
The summer sake itself is in tune with the times, and this one has a flavor that is right on trend.
I feel like I'm making fun of it, but I don't mean to. I think it's great that they are able to make sake that is in line with trends.
This sake expresses sweet and sourness and drinkability, and is easy to understand and enjoyable at the first sip,
