I was looking for this sake after having tasted it at Ponshukan and thought it was delicious.
It was a delicious sake with a soft sweetness and a crisp, clean taste.
It was my first doburoku while watching the cherry blossoms.
It happened to be on sale. I could drink both dry and sweet. The sweet one was "Maki no Hatsuyuki".
It is a sake with lots of rice particles like amazake (sweet sake). I preferred the dry one.
I have been looking for this for a long time after it was recommended to me.
I did not know that it was a limited shipment.
I don't drink much plum wine, but it was very easy to drink with a clean taste.
The aftertaste was elegant and I couldn't stop drinking it.
