Alcohol 13 degrees Rice polishing ratio 40%. A soft mouthfeel with a hint of sweetness and sourness. The sourness is relatively strong. However, it has a nice crisp aftertaste and a light overall impression due to the gasiness and low alcohol content.  It is delicious. But personally, I prefer Lapidus.

Rice polishing ratio: Koji rice 50%, Kake rice 55 Alcohol 15 degrees First day of opening the bottle. At first, it is hard. There is not much sweetness, but a lot of sourness. Is this the taste of a first kiss? The second day of opening the bottle. It is sweet and sour. Does this make sense for a first kiss? I'm too old to remember those days anymore. I want to taste a little more sweet first kiss. Do you think it would be good after a few days? By the way, it's described on the label as tasting like a sweet and sour first kiss. In a serious review, it's sour from a fluffy sweetness. Overall, the sourness pushes out, and I think it feels a little dry. It's interesting that there's a good amount of sweetness in it as well. This is what it is. Quintessential Yamamoto.

Alcohol 15 degrees Rice polishing ratio 50%. It has a firm sweetness and a slight acidity with a moderate bitter aftertaste. Despite the rich aroma, the aftertaste is clean and light as a result. This may be due to the characteristics of Sakemira and the fact that it is raw sake. Overall, it's a good quality sake.

Nabeshima赤磐雄町純米吟醸

Alcohol 16 degrees Rice polishing 50%. First day of opening the bottle This is Nabeshima's Omachi. It has a very Nabeshima-like taste. This is a compliment. It has a slight muscat aroma, a soft mouthfeel, a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and a juicy flavor that spreads like a jewel. On top of that, it's slightly carbonated. This is a great sake to drink.  The level is high among Nabeshima. It was a sake that made me feel delicious. Now let's enjoy the changes in taste.

Day 2. Softer on the palate than the first day. The sweetness increases while the acidity remains. Some people may feel that it is a little heavy, just like Omachi. The mellow aroma and flavor are stronger than that, so it will appeal to everyone. This is delicious. I want it to become a standard.
