This is Nabeshima's Omachi.
It has a very Nabeshima-like taste. This is a compliment.
It has a slight muscat aroma, a soft mouthfeel, a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and a juicy flavor that spreads like a jewel. On top of that, it's slightly carbonated. This is a great sake to drink.
The level is high among Nabeshima. It was a sake that made me feel delicious. Now let's enjoy the changes in taste.

Day 2.
Softer on the palate than the first day. The sweetness increases while the acidity remains. Some people may feel that it is a little heavy, just like Omachi. The mellow aroma and flavor are stronger than that, so it will appeal to everyone. This is delicious. I want it to become a standard.
