It's June 6th.
I opened this bottle, which was in the back of the fridge!
Even though it says to drink it as soon as possible,
Well, it's in the fridge, so it's okay 😆.
I drank a little bit of it cold for now.
Warmed it up to about 45 degrees Celsius.
Beautiful sweetness and acidity!
