Dazzling and glossy aroma✨✨. On the palate, it was like a new addition to a trendy cafe with white peach, tea, caramel and cafe au lait 🤍🍑🧋🧋. Cream cheese and kaiware wrapped in prosciutto with a drizzle of olive oil was a great snack. I thought it would go well with hot apples with cinnamon, sashimi salad with nuts sprinkled on top, dishes with spices and herbs, or Chinese food. It had a cocoa and nutty aroma and sheen to it.

The aroma was slightly chamomile-like with a gentle herbal note. The mouthfeel is light but full, balanced and compact. The gentle and fine acidity leaves you with a feeling like cherry blossoms or plum jelly. It is a refreshing and easy to drink sake that you can feel a light pink breeze that is smooth like a flower snowstorm. I would like to try it with spaghetti tarako, carbonara, and dishes using avocado and shrimp.

The aroma is light, but elegant. It reminded me of a yellow melon. When I put it on my lips, it was light, but gradually, I felt a nostalgic sweetness like a syrup, and when it went through my nose, I felt the flavor of rice. It was light at first, but I thought it had a lingering aftertaste. Even if you don't warm it up, it would go well with oden or hot pot. I thought it could be drunk with a wide range of foods, such as sushi, soba noodles, and home-style side dishes.

The refreshing acidity is pleasant. It's undiluted sake, so it can't be helped, but I'd like it a lot if it had a lower alcohol content 🤍. I drank it with pork dishes and it was very good. It might go well with the sweetness of the fat. When you swallow it, you can feel the flavor and it is very satisfying to drink.
