On the palate, it was like a new addition to a trendy cafe with white peach, tea, caramel and cafe au lait 🤍🍑🧋🧋.
Cream cheese and kaiware wrapped in prosciutto with a drizzle of olive oil was a great snack. I thought it would go well with hot apples with cinnamon, sashimi salad with nuts sprinkled on top, dishes with spices and herbs, or Chinese food. It had a cocoa and nutty aroma and sheen to it.
