静岡県東部在住です。義母の出身地にある富士錦酒造(富士宮市)は蔵開きに行ったり、親戚に贈ったり、お祝い事で飲んだりと贔屓にしているお酒です。日本酒は種類や蔵により味わいが深いものでこの『さけのわ』で色々な日本酒を知ることができたらと思い登録をしました。また皆さんに静岡の地酒を沢山紹介していこうお思います。よろしくお願いします！

This is the first sake from the first collection. I kept it at room temperature without noticing that it was unpasteurized. I drank it at room temperature and found it easy to drink with a refreshing taste. Next time I will try it cold.

This will be my second post. Tonight's sake is Fuji Nishiki, which is also in my prowl. It is a freshly squeezed sake that is always a hit with my relatives. The taste is very pleasant for me as a beginner in expressing sake.

This is my first post. I found Houraisen, which I had heard about from a colleague, at a supermarket in Toyohashi. It was a delicious sake with a clean taste.
