Shinsei Sake Brewery Colors Series Earth - Sando
It had a gentle flavor that only unpasteurized sake can have. The aftertaste has a slight acidity that makes you want to drink it again.
The Shinsei 2022 Eternal Tiger next to it looks like a happy set.
But I liked this one better.
But I liked this one better. Well, I guess there's nothing wrong with the Shinsei Brewery.

This is Isshaku Suisei from Fukurokuju Shuzo in Akita Prefecture.
It won the gold medal at the 2040 New Breweries Competition.
I felt that the technology of Fukurokuju Shuzo was condensed in this bottle😄.

Freshly squeezed raw sake from Nakano Shuzo, a local brewery in Kyushu.
Fruity and sweet, but not overpowering.
I think this is the best brewery in Oita Prefecture!
I'm going to conquer Kyushu~!
