Last month, I went to the liquor store I always go to. I was told that they will start selling Hatsukame from March 1st, and I reserved a bottle of sake at that time. It seems to be a sake made to order. The aroma is fruity and the mouthfeel is firm. The aroma is fruity, and the mouthfeel is firm, but the aftertaste is not so bad that you can drink as much as you want. The sake shop also remembered my face, and I'm really looking forward to going there from now on. The label on this sake looks easy to peel off!

I've been looking for Kirinzan for a long time. I found it on sale in a neighboring city! I went to buy it right away. At the first sip, the aftertaste was a bit "ouch". But from the second sip, it's very easy to drink and it goes on and on. This is a Junmai Ginjo, but I want to try the regular sake next. This label looks very hard to peel off...

February 23rd is Mount Fuji Day🗻! Here's a special drink for that day! One of our favorite liquor stores visited the brewery (Takashima Shuzo) early in the morning. They help with the bottling and bring the sake back to us the same day it is pressed. You can drink it on the day it is pressed, so it is very fresh! A once-a-year luxury! Next time in another year!
