February 23rd is Mount Fuji Day🗻!
Here's a special drink for that day!
One of our favorite liquor stores visited the brewery (Takashima Shuzo) early in the morning.
They help with the bottling and bring the sake back to us the same day it is pressed.
You can drink it on the day it is pressed, so it is very fresh!
A once-a-year luxury!
Next time in another year!
