This is a sake that was recommended to me at the direct sales counter of a sake brewery during my trip to Nagano last year.
It has a mild and sweet taste. Easy to drink.
The label is also nice.
Banana aroma.
The alcohol is 16 degrees, so the aftertaste is cleaner than I expected.
I'm speaking from the side of someone who doesn't like alcohol, but I think it would have been interesting to make it sweet and expand the base of sake like Mio, rather than making the aftertaste clear because of the banana.
It's fun to be able to drink sake with different yeasts.
I learned this Kuroryu from my senior in the company.
It is delicious and refreshing.
As a weak drinker, I appreciate the 300ml bottle.
I wish there were more bottles in this size, so sake beginners could enjoy it more.
