This is the first time I have had Miroku! The label drew me in 😂. I also enjoy the soft aroma of this sake✨. The sweetness was felt on the palate and the umami came slowly! And the best part is the sharpness of the aftertaste! The best thing about it is the sharp aftertaste! The sharpness of the aftertaste will be enjoyed with meat dishes as well 🥴. I had it with fresh bonito 🙌 I am happy to have summer sake!

My first waterfowl journal. I fell in line for the lovely spring label! I like all spring sake labels, but this one is a dantotsu🌸 I wanted to pair it with fish since it is from a fishing town! I think it goes perfectly with vegetables and fish👍. Very gentle and fruity taste. Although it says "special junmai", the rice is polished to 55% 🌟It has a clear taste and I drank it smoothly 😂.
