My first waterfowl journal. I fell in line for the lovely spring label! I like all spring sake labels, but this one is a dantotsu🌸
I wanted to pair it with fish since it is from a fishing town! I think it goes perfectly with vegetables and fish👍.
Very gentle and fruity taste. Although it says "special junmai", the rice is polished to 55% 🌟It has a clear taste and I drank it smoothly 😂.
