We found a new corner spot in the food court of "Matsurinoyu" directly connected to Seibu-Chichibu station! I had a Chichibu sake sake drinking contest. The brands Bukou Masamune Chichibu Nishiki Chichibu Kojiro: This is my favorite! It is refreshing and has a moderate sweetness on the palate, but the powerful umami that surges in later reminds me of Sasaki Kojiro. I think it is like Sasaki Kojiro. Snacks Burdock chips Miso Potato Stewed konnyaku: It was the best of all the snacks. The warm konnyaku was very good for a cold body. The seafood soup stock was well seasoned and delicious.

Degree of preference: ☆☆☆☆★★ ✅Price: 1,480 yen (tax included) ✅Scent: Slightly sweet, cool and refreshing smell ✅Taste: When smelling, one can enjoy a lush, sweet aroma like muscat. The mouthfeel is non-habit-forming, like mineral water, but it soon becomes crisp with a rush of rice flavor and a sense of attack from the alcohol. The attack is a bit strong on its own, but when paired with avocado or cream cheese, the flavor was well-balanced. I bought it because it was ranked No. 1 when I searched for "Fukushima" on Sake-no-Wa, so I bought it with a meek heart. I was wondering how it would be since it was not refrigerated in the store but on the shelf as special pure rice. I was wondering how it would be, but the coolness of this sake is as expected from Fukushima! I have the impression that it is an excellent food sake.

Degree of preference: ☆★★★★ Price: 1,780 yen Nose: Slightly sweet, clean smell Taste: At first, the fruity melon flavor stands out, with a hint of chirichiri and a slight effervescence. The aftertaste is crisp and dry, typical of sake. As the tongue becomes accustomed to the taste, the fruity notes become less noticeable and the drinkable umami is more firmly felt. Impressions, etc.: I bought this sake out of curiosity, as it is consumed almost exclusively in Fukushima Prefecture. The moment I felt the clean fruity taste, I roared, "Fukushima indeed! I was surprised at how refreshing and fruity it was.
