With this name and this label, as a Gundam Char fan, I can't miss this sake. Let me show you how good Endo Sake Brewery's sake is! I will show you that the difference in rice polishing ratio is not the decisive difference in sake flavor! Brewing is always two or three moves ahead! Yes, Endo Sake Brewery's sake is exceptional! It doesn't matter if you don't get drunk! I can see it, I can see the yeast! I always come back even when I'm drunk! The glory of the gold medal goes to you! (I don't know what I'm saying, but if you know what I mean, you know what I mean.) It is indeed delicious! However, when it comes to feeling the strength, purity, deftness, and charisma of Casbal, I can't deny that the name is a bit of a letdown. He is more Lau le Creuset than Char. (Sorry fans of both, I'm very biased) I gave it a 6 out of 10, probably because my expectations were exceptionally high because of the name! I was able to enjoy No.6 S, R, Ecru, and Flaxcat. ◯Vision It has a crystal-like transparency and looks like a faint greenish yellow, which is beautiful. Smell The sweet and delicate aroma of melon and lychee, with floral aroma, is complex yet very pleasant. Taste The palate is very smooth, and the refreshing acidity and moderate sweetness are in perfect harmony. It really is in perfect harmony. (I want to say this about 10 times). The fruity taste, slight acidity, and alcohol spread in the mouth, and the longer you hold it in your mouth, the happier you will feel. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, leaving a rich sweetness and a citrusy coolness that makes for a long, enjoyable finish. The balance is exquisite, and from the moment of sipping to the moment of swallowing, one feels a sense of comfort as the wine flows smoothly without any sticking points. Rather than a food wine, I personally would like to continue enjoying No. 6 alone in a flat state without eating or drinking anything.
