Koshi and Sakai no Dawn were opened 🎉.
I finally went to the liquor store to pick it up 😆.
Last year I drank SAKASAI NO YAWAKE for the first time and was surprised by its shockingly good taste!
Since then, Koshi has become my favorite, but Sakasui no Yoake is the best 🤩 and delicious.
I was determined to make a repeat purchase, so I'm glad I was able to get it again this year: 😮💨
This year, there was a problem in the production process and one of the two tanks of sake was ruined.
They had to stop reservations suddenly and had to ship half the amount.
I made my reservation early and was lucky enough to get it 🙏.
The brewers pressed the sake at midnight, and liquor stores from all over Japan went to the brewery to get the freshly pressed sake.
I will be having some as soon as possible, thanks to all of you 🥂.
First, the aroma!
Gorgeous fruity aroma!
Fresh sweetness spreads in the mouth!
You can feel the freshness of the freshly made sake and the fresh gasiness, and in the second half, you can also feel a slight spiciness, but it is counteracted by the freshness of the new sake!
