Fruity aroma, classic taste when you drink it. Clear and beautiful taste.
After a few hours, the sweetness comes out and it is delicious ♡.
On the second day, more umami than sweetness.
Longer aftertaste than yesterday.
I preferred the first day when I felt the sweetness.
I was a little sad to see the Daiginjyo I had a chance to taste was more fruity sweet and umami, though it was unavoidable.

It was delicious and filling with a lot of side dishes ♡.

A timid-looking old man who couldn't speak to us to tour the brewery followed us around as if he thought it would be easy 😳.
