Checking in at 200😚.
My wife gave me a bottle of Hexagon last year as a birthday present and I finally opened it on my birthday one year later 😊I was waiting for the opportunity because I didn't want to waste it, but I thought it would be a shame not to drink it, so I finally opened it. The exterior is impressive with the serial number carefully handwritten on the bottle.
I took a day off from drinking in order to taste this one 🤭I was in awe 😅From the very first sip, it's just as good as the best Shinshu Kamerei 😅I'm sure. It has an elegant, full-bodied sweetness and umami with a sense of maturity that spreads in the mouth. ☺️ I also have fond memories of taking a cab to Miyajima, a local sake shop in Ueda, to pick up the sake last year. It is good to taste the precious sake once in a while 😊.
