Frankly speaking, there is no difference in taste.
The only difference is that the gasiness is stronger💪 in Shiroiginkai.
Other than that, there is no difference.

I think it might be a good idea to put the second fermentation type in the bottle in the freezer for a bit before opening the bottle if it is not kept at ice temperature 🦆.
