After the customary walk💦 and a bath, the chosen one was this one, which has recently been popular in the sake-no-wa world and which I was curious about after seeing your post! It's Yamasan 🤗I've only seen it at the Saito Sake Shop, so I stocked up on it when I went on my liquor store expedition in January👍.
This one doesn't read "Yamasan"🤗"Isn't it Yamazou?" What a talk, then I looked at the label and it was a regular Yamasan 😅.

The aroma is fresh and sweet.
I take a sip and yes, it's just as you said! It's just like you said 😊.
It's not that sweet combined with a good acidity...hmmm? I thought it might be too sweet 🤔, but the bitterness at the end balances out the whole thing, and it is a bottle that can be enjoyed with chili carbonation 😊.
As you said, this is going to be very popular 😄I knew Nagano sake was of a high level! Tochigi Hitogokochi also needs to evolve further 😄.
