I really wanted to do it in the winter with a glass of Hakusetsu Nigori Sake 🙄.
It has a stronger oak aroma than Kiku-Masamune, but Shirayuki has a darker, more umami flavor and is more drinkable.
It seems that the specs of the same Hakusetsu barrel sake are different between the cup and the 4-gouple bottle, the 4-gouple bottle looks spicier and has a higher alcohol content.
This is the second time this year, and the second time this month, that I have been to Koshien.
We won the game, and I was glad to see Nomi and Yoshinobu Takahashi go at it before the game 😊.
