First time! We opened a bottle of Yamazan🎉.
Yamazan, which is rapidly gaining popularity at Sakegawa, is a brewery I've been very interested in trying 😆.
We were lucky enough to be able to get a bottle, and now it's finally time to serve it: ✌️
Yamazan is a brewery that once closed down and newly reopened in 2023. ☺️
I wonder what kind of sake the young brewer brews with less than 2 years of experience 🤔.
Well, I'll have some 🥂.
First of all, don't mix the orikashi.
There is not much aroma.
Gentle sweetness spreads in the mouth, with a pleasant gaseous sensation from the mid-palate.
The second half is full of sourness, with a lingering sweet and sourness at the end, which quickly fades away.
Mixing the cage
The aroma remains the same.
The mouthfeel is a little creamy and mild.
The gasiness and the sweet and sour taste that finishes with a final squeak remain the same.
This is brilliantly delicious 😋😋😋.
Too perfect ‼️
It's a little hard to believe that this took 2 years to make 🫢.
The final sizzling sweet and sour taste was just so impressive😍.
No spiciness or bitterness, easy to drink.
Not too sweet, so it can be a food wine 👌.
Great job, Yamasan🙌!
No wonder everyone raves about it 🥰.
