Nigori (nigori) sake made by Ichinokura's young brewers. It is a nigori sake with a pleasant, slight whiffle from the secondary fermentation in the bottle. It has a fresh apple aroma and a sweet roundness that comes from the nigori. For a nigori sake? It's not too sweet, and the fact that it's light and slightly dry is another reason why I fell in love with it!
