Shun Isonosawa Junmai Ginjo
We happened to find an unusual label at a liquor store we entered. I wondered if the kanji Shun had been replaced by a hiragana label.
We had it cold.
The color is clear and colorless.
The initial aroma is grassy and woody, with a slightly strong alcoholic flavor.
The overtone is characteristic, somewhat woody and nutty.
When swallowing, the unique aroma of nikki (Japanese cinnamon) and nuts, which leaves through the nose, pulls down the sweetness and umami a little. There is also a slight apricot flavor.
The taste is light, refreshing, and clean.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 16%.
