This sake is brewed with brewer's yeast and has a slight aroma of melon🍈.
It reminds me of melon.
In the mouth, I tried to find the melon flavor, but could not find much 😅.
The taste is sweet and tasty, with a soft rice flavor. It has a strong core and tastes good on its own.
It seems to go well with pasta.
I paired it with crowfish at the event.
