Fukushima Prefecture, Kawanuma-gun. Akebono Brewery Co.
Snow drop, home-grown grapes, white.
When we went to a sake shop in Nara, my wife bought this sake and we had to share it with her.
It is a sake-based yogurt liqueur.
Akebono brewery of "Tenmei" so you can be sure of it 😊.
I mixed it well with cold sake before serving.
The color is a pure white cloudiness with little bits of yogurt visible.
The aroma is exactly that of yogurt.
The mouthfeel is thick and leaves a residue on the tongue like after eating plain yogurt.
The taste is a combination of raw milk-like yogurt taste and the fresh acidity of white grapes.
It is also sweet and the yogurt is rich and delicious 😋.
It has almost no alcohol taste, so I finish it quickly 😅.
Sake based yogurt liqueur
Ingredients: Sake (made in Japan), yogurt (made in Japan), grape juice (made in Japan) / glucose, citric acid
Alcohol content: 5.5

You are drinking something that looks delicious 😋.
Does it taste like aloe yogurt? No, but it looks good in the morning or something 🤣.

Hi Nemuchi. I remember drinking a plain fresh type of snowdrop in Nara 😳I remember it was so easy to drink that I had a crisis of fear that my child would mistakenly drink it if I left it in the fridge 😊.

Maru, good evening 🌛It didn't have the silky feel of drinking yogurt, it had the hardness and thickness of a cup of yogurt like morning yogurt at the farm, and the flavor was just a hint of white grape 😋It's totally drinkable, but not the kind you should drink in the morning🤣.

Hi Hirupeko, good evening 🌛I saw your previous post 😳It sure looks like it would be easy for a small child to drink it by mistake 💦I guess if my wife can drink it, it means my child can drink it too 😁.
