Welcome Spring with Iga Sake!
Iga Sake Fair this spring.
The second one is Kirigakure Saizo.
The second bottle is "Saizo Kirigakure," a sake made by Ota Sake Brewery.
I wonder if the name "Hanzo" will ring a bell.
It was originally made by Nakai Sake Brewery in Mie-Nishiki, but Ota Sake Brewery took over the brand name, and the sake was registered with Nakai Sake Brewery.
When I was shopping at a liquor store in Iga, a customer who is a Hanzo fan came in and said he had to buy the new Kirigakure Saizo sake, so I took him home 😊!
So I took him home 😊.
The color is pale and cloudy.
The top aroma is refreshing.
It has a fizzy and foamy mouthfeel, like a cider with a gentle rice flavor. It melts in the mouth and has a refreshing taste, but it is not only light, it also has depth.
It is a light, refreshing and comfortable sake.
It may seem light, but it is 17 degrees, so be careful not to drink too much. ⚠️
The contrast of flavors is clear even when it is lightly warmed up.
It is a good choice for Hanzo fans to take home.
The second bottle is also good.
I want to buy this sake again next year 😍.
