Asahiya Sake Brewery PB's Tatsumaki Nama Nama Nama sake. It has a fresh aroma typical of nama-shu with a rich, mellow fruity aroma. On the palate, the sweetness spreads to suppress the acidity. The richness of the aftertaste leaves a solid impression. It is delicious both cold and chilled. When heated, the aroma and acidity are typical of a sake made from a traditional sake yeast yeast. The sense of graininess increases and it is delicious. Tatsumaki is delicious again.
