Tatsumaki Junmai Ginjyo Nama Hashiroshi Nama Sake September 29, 2022 Asahiya Sake Brewery 2801 yen Asahiya Sake Brewery PB's Tatsumaki Nama Nama Nama sake. It has a fresh aroma typical of nama-shu with a rich, mellow fruity aroma. On the palate, the sweetness spreads to suppress the acidity. The richness of the aftertaste leaves a solid impression. It is delicious both cold and chilled. When heated, the aroma and acidity are typical of a sake made from a traditional sake yeast yeast. The sense of graininess increases and it is delicious. Tatsumaki is delicious again.

Tatsumaki Junmai Ginjo Nigori Nama-zake Akita Sake Komachi April 13, 2019 Setagaya Asahiya Sake Shop 2750 yen Sake from Akita Seishu, the PB of Asahiya Sake Shop, brewer of Kariho and Yamato Shizuku. A silky nigori sake. The aroma is mild yet very pleasant, a little sweet and easy to drink.
