庵純米大吟醸

I managed this week. I want to drink well today because I have to work on Sunday.
So I'll open another bottle today.
Kumaya Shuzo's Iori Junmai Daiginjo.
I tasted this sake at a Hanshin Department Store event the other day and brought it home.
I know it is delicious, so I will enjoy it right away.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
In the mouth, there is a beautiful sweetness followed by a chiri-chiri-chiri bitterness.
In the second half, the spiciness spreads quietly - it is, after all, a delicious sake.
When served with a meal, the bitterness also stands out a little, giving it a nice balance.
It's time for a really delicious sake.

I love sweet sake, so I can't stand it when there is a strong bitter taste after the sweetness 🎵.
I also learned about Iori at Sake no Iwa and it was delicious. ⤴️
