I bought it at Okabe Roadside Station when I saw it.
It was a delicious sake!
In cold water, the fragrance is subdued, but the sparkling ginjo aroma and umami are fully present. It also has a nice sharpness!
Even when warmed, the full rice flavor fills the mouth, and a bitter bitterness appears in the aftertaste, leaving a complex impression that continues!
If you see this sake, you should definitely try it.
