フリーター一代男This was my fourth visit to Bando City for the last day of a manga collaboration event. Since I would not be coming back for a while after this, I decided to buy Shurei, and this time I bought the unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. I also toured the remaining facilities of the Otsuka Sake Brewery, which I had passed over the last time I was here. Looking at the labels that are no longer available to the public, I felt a little sad.
It is a fresh version of the Shu-green I bought before, with sweetness and umami, and a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste. It reminds me of Raifuku, so I would like to go buy some more to check it out. I would like to go back to Tsuchiura for some other reason. ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, freelancer man of the first generation 😃!
Oh! Congratulations on your 100 check-in ㊗️ 🎉Let's continue to have fun and drink 🤗Ibaraki is great, but also Tochigi 😉. フリーター一代男Hi Jay & Nobby ^^^^.
I didn't say anything, but they found out W. Thank you. I still don't know much about it, but I would like to enjoy it and savor it.
Tochigi and Chiba are next in my list of places to drink. Masaaki SapporoThank you for all your help 👍Congratulations on your 100 check-ins 🎉Shu Green, I've never had it but it looks delicious 😋. フリーター一代男Hello, Masaaki Sapporo!
Thank you very much! Even though I drank enough to check in 100 times, there is no sign that my taste buds have been fattened ^^;
I have not yet had enough to drink even after 100 check-ins......but I hope you will visit Bando City. I'm sure you will have a great time when you come to Bando City. フリーター一代男This sake, made with rice from Bando City, is currently brewed by Raifuku Shuzo in place of the Otsuka Shuzo, which went out of business. Since there was no information on the liquor store, I registered it with Swarm.
It has a thick, sweet and slightly fruity taste with a classic flavor. I thought I've had this somewhere before... but it seems to be from Raifuku, since they share the same brewery. The last time I drank this was almost a year ago, so I may be speaking out of turn...^-^ It seems that there are many different specifications of sake, such as nama-shu, but it is quite difficult to track them down.
The reason I visited Bando City in the first place was, like Tsuchiura City last year, to attend an event for a certain manga set in Ibaraki. Unlike Tsuchiura City, there is no train line in the city, so it is quite inaccessible, taking several dozen minutes by bus from a train station in a neighboring city. It would be a different story if I could use a car.
One of our destinations was the "Bando City Tourism Exchange Center Shu-ryoku," which was formerly the Otsuka Sake Brewery.
It seems that the former Otsuka Sake Brewery facility is still in use, and we were able to take a tour inside, but we didn't know about it beforehand, so we just took pictures of the outside and left. I may go there again during the period of the festival. はなぴんWith gingerbread. 😋
I don't have onions, so I substituted leeks. I'll try it 😓.
Series given to me by an acquaintance in Ibaraki. 😊
Very refreshing aftertaste. 😂.
Very similar to the drunken whale I got yesterday.
It's dry and sharp. It's very dry and sharp 😁.
The temperature goes up as it cools down.
As the temperature rises, it has a subtle sweetness.
😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 □I'm sure you will enjoy it. 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆
