I have just returned from an 8-day/5-night overseas business trip. This time I am at Haneda Airport. Since my main business trip was to Spain, I had many opportunities to eat seafood. But usually it was cooked. And I usually have a glass of cava or white wine to go with it. In Germany on the way, I ate wine, beer, meat, and bread. Bread. (But I also saw a lot of fish. Fish on ice).
Arrival at the airport → Japanese food! Sushi! Sake!
It must be in our DNA. The sushi restaurant is in Numazu, so the sake is also in Shizuoka.
Before the sushi arrived, I had a highball of Chita and my heart cried out, "Oh my God! I had the Chita with a highball before the sushi arrived, and my heart screamed, "Oh my God!
I guess you could say that the sake drains off the fat from the fresh, raw fish. It is too delicious.
Hatsukame was a perfect match for the raw fish.
Japan is a country where both rice and sake are delicious!
I am thankful that I was able to return home safely (thank you to everyone in the airline industry), and I am going to start working hard from the beginning of the week.
I wondered if there are people who drink sake on a regular basis, as I saw a lot of Gekkeikan on sale at ordinary supermarkets in Germany. I wondered if there are people who drink sake on a regular basis.

Thank you for your comments, Jay & Nobby! Yes, it was a voice that came from deep within me. I was in agony alone, realizing that Japanese food and sake is still the best food for me. Japanese food is the best.
