There is a slight sedimentation of tailings in the bottle and a banana-like upfront aroma.
In the mouth, it has a sweet flavor reminiscent of melon and pineapple. The aftertaste is slightly bitter, and it never gets old.
It is not an exaggeration to say that "Yukikko" by Drunken Shuzo is a brand that is shipped only in the winter and is a typical Iwate sake.
It is originally a ginjo-shu standard sake, but this year they are releasing an usu-nigori junmai sake in the summer, and I was curious about it and couldn't resist it lol.
It is not as peculiar as doburoku, and I think beginners can enjoy it 🤔. UTKSweetness: 2

Slightly yellow in appearance, aroma has a green apple freshness.
The texture starts with a gentle umami flavor, from which the bitterness of the alcohol slowly slips through to the back of the nose.
When combined with the umami of the rice, it has a muscat-like flavor, and when the bitterness becomes more pronounced, it has a mint-like flavor, making it perfect for a mealtime sake!
When heated, it is easy to drink with a perfect balance of zing and gentle sweetness👍. UTKSweetness: 2

Colorless and transparent in appearance, the top-tasting aroma is of cedar, which comes straight to the nose.
It was strange that the cedar was so strong even though it was a draft sake 🤔.
The label said the sake degree was 18, but it also had high amino acidity and acidity, so it was like a deliciously dry sake.
For those who like dry sake, they might say it should be spicier because of the strong umami.
For me it was just right 🤣.
This sake is brewed in Ishidoriya, the home of Nanbu Touji.
I like the bottle and the label, so I'm going to enjoy the taste and enhance my sake bottle collection 😆. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
