There is a slight sedimentation of tailings in the bottle and a banana-like upfront aroma.
In the mouth, it has a sweet flavor reminiscent of melon and pineapple. The aftertaste is slightly bitter, and it never gets old.
It is not an exaggeration to say that "Yukikko" by Drunken Shuzo is a brand that is shipped only in the winter and is a typical Iwate sake.
It is originally a ginjo-shu standard sake, but this year they are releasing an usu-nigori junmai sake in the summer, and I was curious about it and couldn't resist it lol.
It is not as peculiar as doburoku, and I think beginners can enjoy it 🤔.
