Beautiful pale gold color. Not much of an aroma - a bit of minerality. Sake temperature 13 degrees Celsius The mouthfeel is mildly sweet. It also has a moderate acidity, so I wonder if this is enough to settle it down. Maybe it's because it's a pure sake, but it leaves a lingering alcoholic aftertaste. It's delicious! It's perfect for long autumn nights! And after drinking it slowly, it is at room temperature. The thickening decreases and the citrus acidity comes out. The gentle sweetness is just as it should be. This is also delicious! I heated it up and tried it again. The thickness is gone, the citrus acidity is stronger, and the sweetness is still gentle - hot Pon juice (I've never had it, but...) This is also good: ❗️ This sake was made in 1967❗️, the same year as me!

The first time I went to Asaya Shoten, a kind lady recommended this sake! The aroma is not so strong, but it has a milky sweet aroma like whipped cream. It is very easy to drink, with a refreshing taste and not too much acidity. I heard that the temperature is adjusted to 14 degrees for summer. It's very easy to drink! The temperature dropped because of the rain, but summer days are supposed to return on Wednesday. It is the perfect sake for such hot days!
