Purchased at Asaya, which I started going to this year.
They ordered it at a tasting for liquor stores in Tokyo.
The aroma is grape + vanilla + melon, very sweet and nice!
The aroma is light and not heavy, but very nice.
The mouthfeel has a gentle sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste - not something I've had before, but it's delicious 😋.
It seems that there are several ways to make a 14 degree Celsius sake, but I wonder if they did it to make this aroma ➕ easier to drink.
Thanks Asaya for making the trip to Tokyo to stock up 😁.
