It's been a long time since I've had a barrel of Yoshinosugi sake. You can see it often in Kansai, but rarely in Fukuoka 😂. Hiyade Woody aroma unique to cedar barrels Mature and broad flavor Unique acidity Good as a food sake Excellent pairing with strong flavored food.

Purchased at a liquor store. I was curious about it. This is the first time to drink it. Rarity is high depending on the area. Drink it cold. Aroma of citrus fruits. The first sip has a strong acidity and a good sharpness despite being a modern type. Slightly dry. As you drink it, the acidity eases off. A clerk at a sake shop once told me that the number of fruity, modern sake has been increasing in Kochi and that traditional dry, light sake has been decreasing, but this sake has a fruity yet light taste. I had it with sushi. From beginner to intermediate level sake drinkers.

Purchased at a liquor store. It is old, having been produced in March of this year. I bought it because I had the impression that 300ml bottles of Mitsui no Kotobuki were rare. It was served cold because it was fresh. The aroma was a little sweetpotato like shochu. When we drank it, it tasted like a sweetpotato shochu, but with a hint of sweetness. It made me think of sweet potatoes. It is neither heavy nor light. The aftertaste is long. It was a taste that people may like or dislike differently.
