The bamboo tube cold sake which was chilled to a very cold temperature.
The contents are in my favorite Matsuyama Mitsui.
Sweetness, umami, sourness and balance.
Good flavor and a variety of dishes.
Easy to match.
It's not as well known nationally.
Well made and delicious sake.
