Dry and spicy! Koshitanrei, 17 degrees. It has a rich umami characteristic of Tsururei, and anyway, it is dry and beautifully finished. This is a must for those who like dry sake. This is what dry sake is all about!
This is my favorite Tsururei, but this is the first time I have tasted it. I still have a lot to learn.
