On July 12, a tasting of a new brand was held at the Tamura Sake Brewery in Fussa City, Tokyo, where Kaisen is brewed. I was lucky enough to win the lottery and went to Fussa City by myself. I can't go into details about the new brand because of restrictions, but it was a very worthwhile experience. Aside from the sake information, I was amazed at the more than 200-year relationship between Fussa City and the Tamura family. On the way home from the tasting, I bought a bottle of "Kemetsuke Dry Taste" at a direct sales place. I was a little bit excited to enjoy this rare brand on the green car of the Ome Line. The taste and aroma are like an old-fashioned Honjo-Harakuchi. It is not glamorous, but it must be an everyday sake loved by the people of Fussa for a long time.

Good morning, Jay & Nobby. It is a regular green car, so the ride is less than an hour. It was also nice to feel like we could drink quickly because we were forced to finish at our destination without drinking too much.
